2024 Highlights:

The 2024 Strategy in Action research highlighted strategic priorities and challenges for close to 50 healthcare executives, with 48% from CEOs and another 26% from the C-Suite. Select highlights include:    

  • 62% of respondents expect disruptive or revolutionary change in the next ten years, and about half of this group expected this level of change even sooner - in the next 2-5 years. 

  • 34% include health equity at the highest level of strategic goals 

  • Only 19% reported having a strategy that meets their need for the changes ahead 

  • Only 15% reported having a well-supported solution for managing innovation
