Jo is a catalyst for change who designs programs and processes that help organizations meet their strategic priorities and chart new paths. She is known for helping organizations with resource constraints to reach their goals.
As a creative and strategic thinker, Jo helps organizations to develop business models and management capacity that increase revenue and maximize community benefit. An adept communicator, Jo works to align and galvanize leadership teams and boards toward a common future vision.
Her previous roles include: Vice President for Grants, Episcopal Health Foundation; Chief Administrative Officer, Legacy Community Health; Executive Director, Families in Schools; Senior Area Director, World Vision; President/Owner, The Grant Writing Team Inc.; and Senior Vice President of Program Services at Neighborhood Centers (now Baker Ripley).
Jo currently resides in Houston, TX and is available to work on strategic planning, board optimization, and speaking engagements on the following topics: health equity, philanthropic practice, social determinants of health.
