Don Ames

Vice President, Partnerships & Consulting, Spring Street Exchange 

Don leads our Partnership and Consulting activities. His focus is on client delivery, ensuring that we hit our marks with the highest quality. He is a prominent contributor to our work on Data Packs and Strategic Workshops. Don also oversees our highly diverse network of standout affiliates. He has a strong software product management background, having overseen development of numerous products in his career.

Before Spring Street, Don was a mainstay in the consulting practice within Change Healthcare (and previously HTMS). Prior to that, he had held leadership positions for health plans and healthcare technology companies. Don is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Product Owner (CPO).

He was born on the central coast of California, raised in Silicon Valley and now resides in Concord, CA, across the bay from San Francisco. He has lived in other states, but California has always been home.
